Refund Policy

Thank you for using InsuranceMailPro. We want to be straightforward and fair with you about how billing works and what to expect. Please read this policy carefully before starting your subscription or sending mail sequences.

The short version: You can cancel any time, no questions asked. However, monthly subscription fees and mail sequence charges are non-refundable once processed. Once mail is queued, it is on its way — there is nothing to pull back.

Monthly Subscription Fees

InsuranceMailPro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged again but you will not receive a refund for the current month. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no commitments beyond the current billing period.

Mail Sequence Charges

Each time you start a mail sequence, a per-sequence fee is charged to your account. This fee covers the cost of printing, materials, postage, and processing for all five letters in your sequence.

Once a sequence is started and letters are queued with our mail partner, those charges are final and non-refundable. The physical mail production process begins immediately and cannot be stopped or reversed once initiated.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact addresses you enter into InsuranceMailPro are accurate, complete, and properly formatted. We process and send mail exactly as you have entered it.

Our mail partner performs basic address validation, but this does not guarantee deliverability. Please take a moment to review your contact information before starting a sequence — once it is queued, it cannot be recalled.

Email Addon Charges

The optional email addon charge of $1.00 per sequence is also non-refundable once a sequence has been started. Email delivery begins alongside your mail sequence and cannot be reversed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your InsuranceMailPro subscription at any time. There is no penalty, no cancellation fee, and no minimum commitment. To cancel, visit your Account page in the dashboard and click Cancel Subscription, or contact us via the Support page found within your dashboard and we will handle it for you promptly.

Active mail sequences will continue to send until all letters in the sequence are delivered, even after cancellation. If you want to stop a sequence, please pause or convert it before cancelling your subscription.

Exceptions

We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you believe there has been a billing error — such as being charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same service — please contact us via the Support page found within your dashboard within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine errors promptly.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused sequences, or dissatisfaction with mail response rates. Direct mail results vary based on many factors outside our control including list quality, market conditions, and timing.
